RAPID RELIEF

Still in Pain After Rest, Massage or Physio?

The painful area is often where the problem shows up — not always where it starts. The Injury Lab Assessment helps identify what may be driving the issue so you can stop guessing and get a clear plan.

No obligation beyond the session

 How Rapid Relief Works

A clear assessment-led process designed to find what’s driving the issue — without guesswork or unnecessary ongoing appointments.

1. Assess

1

We start by looking at your symptoms, movement, and what may be causing the same area to keep getting irritated.

2. Find The Driver

2

The goal is to identify what’s actually contributing to the issue — whether that’s load-sharing, muscle-chain weakness, movement strategy, or nervous system guarding.

3 Build The Plan

3

You leave with a clear next step — whether that’s hands-on treatment, rehab exercises, online support, Recovery Room support, or simple self-management.You leave with a clear next step — whether that’s hands-on treatment, rehab exercises, online support, Recovery Room support, or simple self-management.

  • pain keeps coming back

  • treatment helped but the issue returned

  • you feel tight, restricted, weak, unstable or guarded

  • you want to know what may be driving the problem

  • you want a clear plan, not endless appointments
