What the Recovery Room is designed for:

  • Supporting you to feel less worn down by training, work, or daily life - so you have more energy and fear flare-ups.

  • Reducing how often pain, stiffness, or fatigue builds up and lingers.

  • Helping you bounce back faster between demanding days, sessions, or weeks.

  • Providing a reliable place you can return to when life or training starts to catch up with you

  • Reducing the time it takes to repair from an injury or operation.

What the Recovery Room is NOT designed for:

  • Diagnosing injuries or medical conditions.

  • Hands-on treatment or someone "fixing"you

  • Replacing a proper assessment or medical care when pain is persistent or worsening.
